The flare ignition device is used to light the waste gas in the oil and gas industry. It is connected with a poor boy degasser, which separates gas from drilling mud and vents gas to a flare ignition device.
Burning the harmful or poisonous gas with an igniter will eliminate the threat to the environment and safety. Every flare ignition device will be operated together with a mud gas separator. They will be connected with the vent line or gas discharge line. They are widely used in oil and gas drilling.
Besides traditional flare igniter, ZPM also manufactures the ignition device with a solar panel. The battery will be charged under solar energy. This is more environmentally friendly with green energy.
For each flare ignition device, we’ll configure the burner, the control panel, the joint connection, and a small tank with LNG
