Drilling cuttings boxes are similar to the sea shipment container but are better sealed with smaller dimensions and volume. One lot cuttings container will be fabricated with the same size and general frame for convenient transportation and storage. They can be used on both onshore and offshore platforms. It holds high flexibility for a certain size with a custom-built service.

Almost all offshore sites use mud skips, and nowadays, more and more land rig sites request such items as well. Thanks to the limit of drilling rig lifting ability, the boxes are the ideal way to collect and transfer cuttings. Usually, a drilling cuttings box will be set near the solids control equipment. Thus, it’s easy and convenient to collect waste or cuttings. We can transfer the boxes together in a certain quantity. If it’s an offshore platform, we’ll do such work by ship. And when the carriage goes back to the site, the empty cutting box will be returned.

Mud skips of one lot for the same job site should be designed with the same size, same skid, same base, and same lifting lug. Thus, all the boxes can be piled up easily and steadily. ZPM cuttings boxes will no deformation with falling off at a height of 1 m, and after inspection, there is no leakage at all. The slide channel, base, and frame are all in good condition
