Since the first cooperation in 2003, ZPM has supplied 38 sets of high-performance mud circulation systems to Patrol, which are widely used in the Tarim oil and gas field development project in Xinjiang, and have set an industry record of more than 500,000 hours of trouble-free operation.

In 2009, ZXPM won the bid for the world's first 12,000-meter Mud System for Sinopec by virtue of its profound accumulation in the field of Mud System design and manufacturing. Facing the technology gap of Mud System for drilling rigs of extra deep wells, the technical team firstly predicted the construction difficulties that might be caused by various complicated geological conditions, studied and solved the requirements of drilling solutions for the Mud System, calculated the parameters of the Mud System in detail, and scientifically proved various technical indicators, including but not limited to the treatment capacity, the total volume, the purification efficiency, the volume of the calculation tanks, the width and depth of the mud tanks, and the equipment stereotypes, etc. A lot of field research was conducted to analyze the problems encountered by the Mud System during the construction of ultra-deep wells, and solutions were incorporated into the design details. Practice has proved that these parameters meet the requirements of the drilling rig. In the manufacturing process, due to the long service life of large drilling rigs, generally not less than 30 years, the anti-corrosion process was very rigorously demonstrated, and after nearly 20 years of use, the Mud System is still intact.
